Butter Chicken Curry
- 750 grams Chicken Thigh Fillets
- 1 ½ tablespoons Butter Chicken Spice Mix
- ½ cup Plain Yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 cup Pureed Tomatoes
- 1 cup Thickened Cream
- 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- Salt to taste
- Combine all ingredients into a pot and for approximately 20 minutes simmer on low.
- Serve with cooked basmati rice.
