Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram Lamb cut into chunks
  • 20 grams Spicy Korma Curry Spice Mix
  • 1 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1 ½ tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup Coconut Cream
  • ½ cup Plain Yoghurt
  • ½ - 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar (adjust to your taste)
  • Parsley or Cilantro to garnish
  • 35 grams ground Cashews

Instructions

  • Add lamb, Korma Spice, Chicken Broth, Tomato Paste, Coconut Cream, ground Cashews, Brown Sugar and Yoghurt to a pot and cook all together on medium heat.
  • Serve with basmati rice and naan bread.
