Ingredients

  • 750 grams Chicken Thigh Fillets
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Butter Chicken Spice Mix
  • ½ cup Plain Yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup Pureed Tomatoes
  • 1 cup Thickened Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients into a pot and for approximately 20 minutes simmer on low.
  • Serve with cooked basmati rice.
