Ingredients

  • 1 kilogram Chicken Wings (approx 12 wings)
  • 116 grams Cornmeal (Polenta) (4.09 oz) 
  • 3 tablespoons Steve's Taco Seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon Ranch Dressing for dipping

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 180-190 °C (350-375 °F)
  • Mix Taco Seasoning and cornmeal in a large resealable plastic bag.
  • Add wings, a couple at a time to bag; shake until evenly coated.​
  • Arrange wings on an oiled shallow baking tray.(I gave the wings a spray with the oil too)
  • Bake 45 minutes or until chicken wings are golden and cooked through

Ingredients

  • 226 grams  Macaroni (8 oz) 
  • 500 grams Beef Mince (17.6 oz)
  • 453 grams Jar of Salsa (15.9 oz)
  • ½ tablespoon Steve'sTaco   or Southwest Tex-Mex Seasoning
  • 400 grams Tin Tomatoes (14.1 oz)
  • 125 grams Cheese (4 oz)
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Cook the pasta according to packet directions.
  • Drain once cooked and set aside.
  • Add meat to a large frying pan and cook until meat browns. Remember to break up the lumps of meat.
  • Drain off the fat juicesAdd the following ingredients: salsa, seasoning, and tomatoes then simmer.
  • Add the pasta, mix it all together and cook for about 5 minutes until bubbling.
  • Add salt to taste. Add the cheese, stir through the pasta dish.
  • Keep on a medium heat stirring until cheese has melted.
  • Serving Options: Serve topped with crushed corn chips, sour cream, avocado or guacamole, extra salsa
